Background

Implementing a business system is not solely about getting the system in place. The real challenge is making sure it works smoothly within the company while following all the rules and regulations in the markets where the company operates. CoreChange stepped in to support an international retail company with the implementation of Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA Cloud. The company wanted to make its logistics and finance processes better. However, during the project, issues were found with the financial part that had the potential to delay the launch.
