E-commerce for increased contract fidelity
Background
CoreChange was commissioned to carry out a preliminary study to produce a decision basis for so-called certified customers for e-commerce, which has proven successful in other municipalities. By describing the current and prior situation, an overall action plan for the implementation was drawn up within the framework of the feasibility study.
Assignment
The action plan would function as an interaction layer between the finance/procurement units and the respective administrative management, as well as operations and IT.
